Our Lil STRO’s program focuses on improving motor coordination and quality of movement. Each session includes a variety of competitive drills and games that focus on:
- Sprinting Mechanics
- Acceleration/Max Velocity
- Footwork/Agility
- Plyometrics
- Proprioception and Balance
- Flexibility and Mobility
- Core Strength
- Reaction Time
- Nueromuscular Coordination
This 10 week training program will focus on STROformance's revolutionary circuit training that combines strength, power, mobility, and flexibility into a set of exercises that can burn up to 900 calories in a single session.
Each training member will focus on maximizing their relative strength using customized software and each member will receive a nutrition program that will focus on improving overall body composition.

We have experience preparing a seasoned All-Pro for a record-breaking season, as well as preparing the un drafted rookie, to not only compete, but succeed and make the 53 man roster.
